That's when I walked into a Yoga Studio in Arizona called At One Yoga.

I thought... I COULD DO THIS!
AND it would be exactly the right mix between helping other people find happiness while at the same time supporting myself in a sustainable way.
5 Years later I opened the doors of my very own yoga studio.
I sold my yoga studio in 2018 and now I teach online yoga teacher trainings privately.
