Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to purchase Services or create an account. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement. Services are intended for yoga teachers, wellness professionals, and adults seeking yoga teacher training, business coaching, or related education, and are not directed at children.

Yogalebrity LLC provides online business coaching for yoga teachers and wellness professionals, online and in-person yoga teacher training programs, online courses, coaching programs, memberships, digital downloads, podcasts, and related educational content (collectively, the "Services"). Specific features, curriculum, schedules, and deliverables for each Service are described on the relevant sales or registration page at the time of purchase, and those page-specific details are incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

​Yogalebrity LLC reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or update the content, format, or delivery method of any Service at its discretion, provided that any material change to a Service you have already purchased will not reduce the value of what you were promised at checkout without reasonable substitution.

All prices are listed and charged in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or taxes applied by your bank or card issuer. Prices are subject to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders already placed.

5.1 Authorization. By providing payment information, you authorize Yogalebrity LLC and its payment processors to charge the applicable fees, including recurring or installment charges, to your payment method.

5.2 Payment Plans Are Binding Contracts. If you select a payment plan rather than paying in full, you are entering a binding financial obligation to complete all scheduled payments regardless of whether you complete the course, attend an event, or continue actively using the Service. Failure to attend, participate, or finish a program does not relieve you of your payment obligation.

5.3 Subscriptions. Monthly or recurring subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancellation requires no less than thirty (30) days' written notice prior to the next billing date. If notice is not received in time, you will be billed for the next cycle and no refund will be issued for that charge.

5.4 Failed, Late, or Bounced Payments. A failed, late, or bounced payment will incur a $100 administrative fee per occurrence. Failure to bring your account current may result in immediate suspension of access to the applicable Service until payment is resolved.

5.5 Collections. If you fail to complete your payment plan, Yogalebrity LLC may refer your account to a third-party collections agency or pursue legal remedies to recover the outstanding balance, plus reasonable collection costs and attorneys' fees to the extent permitted by law.

​5.6 PCI Compliance. This Site uses PCI-compliant payment processing in accordance with applicable credit card industry regulations. We accept bank transfer, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. We no longer accept American Express. Yogalebrity LLC does not store full card numbers on its own servers; payment data is handled by our payment processor.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. This applies to all digital products, online courses, coaching programs, memberships, payment plans, and in-person events and trainings, regardless of payment method or payment structure. Due to the digital and instructional nature of the Services, and the immediate access granted upon purchase, Yogalebrity LLC does not offer refunds, returns, credits, or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to:

Failure to attend, complete, or finish a course, training, or event;
Dissatisfaction with content, format, pacing, or results;
Change of mind, scheduling conflicts, or personal circumstances;
Non-use of purchased access during the access window described in Section 8.

Starting a payment plan or subscription constitutes a binding agreement to complete all scheduled payments as described in Section 5, independent of your continued participation.

7.1 Fulfillment. For self-checkout digital purchases, access is delivered via email to the address used at checkout, generally within fifteen (15) minutes of payment, through automated systems. For yoga teacher training programs requiring manual registration, access to the first module is typically granted within twenty-four (24) hours of registration, or per the timeline confirmed on your enrollment call.

7.2 Incorrect Information. If you provide an incorrect email address and do not receive access, contact us promptly via email (click here). Yogalebrity LLC is not responsible for delayed or failed delivery resulting from inaccurate information you provided.

7.3 Access Period. Unless a different period is agreed to in writing, purchased digital courses and training programs are accessible for fifteen (15) weeks from your first payment date. There is no lifetime access. Extensions, if any, are granted at Yogalebrity LLC's sole discretion and may be subject to an additional fee.

7.4 In-Person Events. Date, time, and location details for in-person retreats, trainings, and events are listed on the applicable registration page and are incorporated into this Agreement.

8.1 Ownership. All content on the Site and within the Services, including but not limited to course curriculum, videos, audio, written materials, slide decks, templates, scripts, branding, logos, podcast episodes, and the "Yogalebrity," "Activated Authority," "Escape the Studio," and related program names, is the exclusive property of Yogalebrity LLC and/or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

8.2 Limited License to You. Purchasing a Service grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the purchased materials for your own personal or professional development during the access period described in Section 7.3. This license does not grant you any ownership interest in the materials.

8.3 Restrictions. You must not, without prior written permission from Yogalebrity LLC:

Republish, reproduce, duplicate, or copy any material from the Site or any Service;
Sell, rent, sublicense, share login credentials for, or otherwise distribute access to any course, training, or membership;
Use Yogalebrity LLC's curriculum, scripts, or training materials to create a competing product or to teach others on Yogalebrity LLC's behalf without separate written authorization (such as a certified-teacher license);
Use Yogalebrity LLC's name, logo, or trademarks without written consent;
Frame, mirror, or alter the visual presentation of the Site (see Section 12.4).

​8.4 DMCA / Copyright Complaints. If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, send a written notice to hello@onlineyogacertification.com including: (a) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (b) identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; (c) your contact information; (d) a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and (e) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

9.1 Certain areas of the Site, community platforms, or membership portals may allow you to post comments, reviews, questions, or other content ("User Content"). Yogalebrity LLC does not pre-screen User Content, and User Content does not reflect the views of Yogalebrity LLC.

9.2 You represent and warrant that:

You have the necessary rights and consents to post your User Content;
Your User Content does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights;
Your User Content is not defamatory, obscene, unlawful, or an invasion of privacy;
Your User Content will not be used to solicit business, promote competing services, or conduct unauthorized commercial activity.

9.3 License Grant. You grant Yogalebrity LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use, reproduce, edit, adapt, and display your User Content (including testimonials) in any format or medium, including for marketing purposes, unless you specifically opt out in writing for testimonial use.

9.4 Yogalebrity LLC reserves the right, but not the obligation, to monitor, edit, or remove any User Content it considers inappropriate, offensive, or in breach of these Terms, at its sole discretion and without notice.

In addition to the restrictions above, you agree not to:

Use the Site or Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any account, system, or network connected to the Site;
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Site, including through malware, scraping, or denial-of-service attacks;
Harass, threaten, or abuse Yogalebrity LLC staff, contractors, or other members of any community or course cohort;
Misrepresent your identity, impersonate any person, or provide false registration information;
Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access or extract data from the Site without permission.

Violation of this Section may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without refund, as described in Section 17.

11.1 Not Medical, Financial, or Legal Advice. The Services, including all yoga instruction, teacher training, and coaching content, are provided for educational and informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site or within any Service constitutes medical, psychological, financial, legal, or tax advice. You should consult appropriate licensed professionals before making decisions based on information provided by Yogalebrity LLC.

11.2 Physical Practice Disclaimer. Yoga and physical movement carry inherent risk of injury. Do not undertake any physical practice, exercise, or yoga sequence offered through any Yogalebrity LLC platform without the clearance of your physician, and do not attempt any practice that exceeds your current skill level, training, or scope of practice. Due to the remote nature of online instruction, instructors cannot supervise your physical environment or form, and Yogalebrity LLC cannot be held responsible for injuries sustained while practicing yoga or any physical activity demonstrated, taught, or referenced through its Services.

11.3 Assumption of Risk. By participating in any Service involving physical movement, you voluntarily assume all risk of injury, however caused, arising from your participation.

12.1 Linking to Our Site. Government agencies, search engines, news organizations, and online directory distributors may link to the Site without prior approval, provided the link is not misleading and does not falsely imply endorsement. Other organizations must request permission by emailing email us (click here) with their name, organization, contact details, and the URLs involved. We may approve or deny such requests at our sole discretion and will respond within approximately 2-3 weeks.

12.2 No Use of Branding. No approved linking party may use Yogalebrity LLC's logo or artwork without a separate trademark license agreement.

12.3 Third-Party Platforms. Services may be delivered through third-party platforms (for example, ClickFunnels, Zoom, Skool, Meta/Instagram, YouTube, or payment processors). Yogalebrity LLC is not responsible for outages, data practices, policy changes, or content moderation decisions made by these third-party platforms, which are governed by their own terms.

12.4 Framing. You may not create frames around Site pages or otherwise alter the visual presentation of the Site without prior written permission.

12.5 Content Liability. Yogalebrity LLC has no responsibility for content on any third-party site that links to or from the Site. You agree to indemnify Yogalebrity LLC against claims arising from your own website or content.

12.6 We reserve the right to amend this linking policy, and to request removal of any link to the Site, at any time.

Any income, client-acquisition, or business-growth figures referenced by Yogalebrity LLC, including in testimonials, case studies, or marketing materials, are illustrative examples and are not guarantees, promises, or projections of what you will earn or achieve. Results vary based on individual effort, experience, market conditions, niche, and factors outside Yogalebrity LLC's control. Building an online yoga business is real work; no Service offered by Yogalebrity LLC is a "passive income" opportunity, get-rich-quick scheme, or guarantee of financial success. Testimonials shared by Yogalebrity LLC reflect genuine client experiences but are not representative of a typical or average result.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies on the Site. By using the Site, you consent to our use of cookies as described in our Privacy Policy. Cookies enable core site functionality, analytics, and, in some cases, advertising and affiliate tracking through our marketing partners.

15.1 Yogalebrity LLC collects and processes personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

15.2 CCPA. If you are a California resident, you may have rights to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, and to opt out of certain disclosures of your information, as further described in our Privacy Policy.

15.3 GDPR. If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or European Economic Area, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing, under the General Data Protection Regulation. 

​15.4 We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect personal information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Yogalebrity LLC strives to keep the Site and member platforms available and accessible, but does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous availability. The Site and Services may be unavailable periodically for maintenance, updates, third-party platform outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any loss resulting from downtime or temporary unavailability of the Site or any Service.

17.1 By You. You may stop using the Site at any time. Discontinuing use does not relieve you of payment obligations under Section 5.

17.2 By Us. Yogalebrity LLC may suspend or terminate your access to any Service, without refund, if you breach these Terms, engage in conduct prohibited under Section 10, fail to make required payments, or for any other reason at our reasonable discretion, with or without notice.

​17.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination, your license to access course materials immediately ends, and you must cease all use of any Yogalebrity LLC materials in your possession to the extent required by Section 8.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Site and all Services are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. Yogalebrity LLC does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, complete, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected. To the extent the Site or any portion of it is provided free of charge, Yogalebrity LLC will not be liable for any loss or damage of any nature arising from your use of it.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Yogalebrity LLC, its owners, officers, employees, contractors, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or any Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

​To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Yogalebrity LLC's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or any Service will not exceed the total amount you paid to Yogalebrity LLC for the Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Yogalebrity LLC and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with: (a) your breach of these Terms; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) your use or misuse of the Site or any Service.

21.1 Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles.

21.2 Informal Resolution First. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us at via email (click here) and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.

21.3 Binding Arbitration. If a dispute is not resolved informally, you and Yogalebrity LLC agree that it will be resolved through binding, individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if it qualifies.

21.4 Class Action Waiver. You and Yogalebrity LLC agree that any arbitration or proceeding will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, or representative action.

​21.5 Venue. For any matter not subject to arbitration, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Clark County, Nevada.

Yogalebrity LLC will not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disaster, war, terrorism, labor disputes, internet or utility failures, or third-party platform outages.

We may revise these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Site or any Service after a revised version is posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes. We are under no obligation to notify you individually of changes.

By providing your email address, phone number, or by using the Site, you consent to receive electronic communications from Yogalebrity LLC, including emails, SMS messages, and notifications related to your purchase, enrollment, and marketing (where you have not opted out). You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

25.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order-specific terms presented at checkout, constitute the entire agreement between you and Yogalebrity LLC regarding the Site and Services, superseding any prior agreements.

25.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

25.3 No Waiver. Yogalebrity LLC's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of its right to do so later.

25.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent. Yogalebrity LLC may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
