These terms of service outline the rules and regulations for the use of Yogalebrity LLC’s Website, Online Course, Memberships, Subscriptions, or any other offers.


By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms of service in full. Do not continue to use Yogalebrity LLC’s website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.


The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms of service. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.


All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in respect of provision of the Company’s stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of . Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to the same.

WHAT WE SELL

Yogalebrity LLC sells online courses, online and in person yoga teacher trainins, in person yoga retreats, yoga classes both online and in-person.

CURRENCY

We take only US Dollars in payment.

FULFILLMENT POLICIES

For online purchases, purchasers will receive access to the online course or digital content via the email used to signup within 15 minutes of payment. This allows the automated software to trigger the automated emails and grant access. 

Yoga Teacher Training Courses require hand registration, in this case purchasers will receive access to week one or the welcome module of your training generally within 24 hours of registration or whatever timeline was agreed to on the welcome or sales call.

In the case that an email was spelled incorrectly and you did not receive access to an online course, do not hesitate to contact us. In this case, it is reasonable to assume, Yogalebrity LLC cannot be responsible for timely delivery of the course since we did not have the correct information for fulfillment.

In-person events will include full information about when the event occurs and where it will be located on it's corresponding landing page.

REFUND, CANCELLATION, AND CREDIT POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL on all services, digital products, and in person products. All payments are final. Any payment plan payments are final. Starting a subscription or payment plan is a binding contract. Failure to complete the course or attend an in-person event for any reason does not stop your payments on payment plan.

There is no senario in which we offer returns or refunds.

Once you enroll in any course with us, we will continue to debit payments until you have met your obligated payment plan.

Failure to make payments will result in immediate hold of your course or dismissal.

For monthly subscription services, we must have 30 days notice to cancel any subscriptions or the purchaser will be billed and no refund will be issued for any reason. This is different from payment plans extended for online yoga teacher training, online courses, or in-person events and classes. Please refer to that policy above.

Yogalebrity LLC will pursue payment on all payment plans via debt collection if necessary. Bounced payments, failed payments, or late payments will incur a $100 fee for each incidence.

This website is PCI compliant with federal credit card regulations.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

We employ the use of cookies. By using Yogalebrity LLC’s website you consent to the use of cookies in accordance with Yogalebrity LLC’s privacy policy.
Most of the modern day interactive websites use cookies to enable us to retrieve user details for each visit. This Agreement shall begin on the date hereof.
Certain parts of this website offer the opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions, information, material and data (‘Comments’) in areas of the website. Yogalebrity LLC does not screen, edit, publish or review Comments prior to their appearance on the website and Comments do not reflect the views or opinions of Yogalebrity LLC, its agents or affiliates. Comments reflect the view and opinion of the person who posts such a view or opinion. DIGITAL PRODUCTS AND COURSES
There is no lifetime access. Purchased courses have access to the course for 15 weeks from their first course payment unless otherwise agreed to a different time period in writing.


All course materials are exclusive property of Yogalebrity LLC and should not be shared or re-produced at anytime for any reason.


DISCLAIMER
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to our website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law in respect of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Due to the remote nature of online yoga teacher training, online yoga classes, and zoom yoga classes, instructors cannot be reasonably responsible or liable from any injuries sustained during the practice of yoga on any site owned by Yogalebrity LLC.
